The Wise-Pay Virtual Terminal allows your team to quickly and easily take payment for outstanding or new accounts, ensuring that you are able to reduce the risk of non-payment for walk-in or non-account customer work.
What's a Wise-Pay Virtual Terminal
Wise-Pay allows for a direct link to a Virtual Terminal page, providing an option for you to accept payments without the requirement for a customer to have a payment link. The Wise-Pay Virtual Terminal has been specifically created to allow the site to be displayed within ConnectWise as a Custom Menu Entry.
The Virtual Terminal allows you pay an Outstanding Invoice where the invoice number is known, so you can take payment in the field or over the phone. The Virtual Terminal is for internal-use only, they are not to be provided to your customers to use as a payment option.
