Add a Payer
Step 4.1 Branding
Wise-Pay provides the ability for you to configure your Company's Branding. This section is normally configured during your onboarding, however it is recommended to review the information before you start adding Payers into Wise-Pay; as these details are used in the Welcome to Wise-Pay email that Payers receive.
The following fields can be configure:
- Company Logo
- Enquires Contact Name
- Enquiries Email Address
- Enquiries Phone Number
- FaceBook URL
- Twitter URL
- LinkedIn URL
- Google+ URL
Configuration:1. Log into Wise-Pay
2. Click Configure
3. Click Branding
Edit your settings - If you are new to Wise-Pay then you will need to complete this before you start inviting customers.
Required - The Following fields will display on your email invite, and also in order areas of Wise-Pay where contact information may be pertinent.
Optional - Adding the following optional fields will display a social tile on your invite.
Example: Welcome email
The below image is an example of the Welcome Email that Payers will receive once they have been added as a Payer.
Note: Note that as the Google+ field has been left blank, it does not appear in the email at all.
Branding Setup Complete Now go on to Adding Wise-Payers
