As a registered Wise-Pay merchant, you can delete an existing payer if all of the following has been deleted for the payer:

  • Bank account details
  • Credit card details
  • Auto-payment mapping

Steps

Follow these steps to delete an existing payer:

  1. Login to Wise-Pay as a merchant.
  2. Click Payer Admin on the menu bar to view the Payer Company Access This screen lists all the payers registered through your merchant account.
  3. For the desired payer record, select MoreDelete
    Wise-Pay displays a popup to confirm the deletion.
  4. Click OK to delete the payer.


An error message appears if you try to delete a payer with any of the payment settings configured.
