How to Use the Virtual Terminal/Quick Link to Take Payments

The Virtual Terminal allows you or a Field Technician to quickly take payment for an Outstanding Invoice where the invoice number is known without the need to be logged into Wise-Pay. It also allows you to take a prepayment for additional work done if an invoice has not yet been created.

To learn more about prepayments, refer to the What are Prepayments? KB article.
To learn more about the Virtual Terminal, refer to The Wise-Pay Virtual Terminal KB article.
