Wise-Pay Merchant Administrators are able to customise your own Company's Branding to be displayed on Wise-Pay correspondence. This section is normally configured during your Activation, however it is recommended that you review this information before you start using Wise-Pay as the details in Branding will be displayed in the Welcome email that Payers will receive.
How do I get there?
To configure Branding, navigate to 'Configure' > 'Branding' in the top Menu.
What do I do?
Each setting is detailed below. Make sure you click Save when you're done!

|Company Logo||Click 'browse' and upload your Company Logo. We recommend that you use a transparent png file with dimensions no larger than 150px wide.|
You can also choose whether the logo should be left or right aligned.
|Enquiries Contact Name||This is the person that your customer should contact with any questions|
|Enquiries Contact Email||This is the email address that your customers should contact with any payment enquiries. It is OK to use a group / email connector email address.|
|Enquiries Number||Enter the phone number your customers can call with any payment related questions.|
|Facebook URL||Enter the Social Link to your Company's Facebook Page - include the full URL including https://|
|Twitter URL||Enter the Social Link to your Company's Twitter Page - include the full URL including https://|
|LinkedIn URL||Enter the Social Link to your Company's LinkedIn Page - include the full URL including https://|
If you do not enter a URL for Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn, these fields will not be displayed.
