Managing Bank Account Details

Wise-Pay provides the ability to securely encrypt your Bank Account details so they are saved to your account. By saving your Bank Account details in Wise-Pay, this means that you can easily and quickly process payments without having to type in your Bank Account details time and time again. But don't worry, that it doesn't lock you into that payment method, you are still able to pay via Credit Cards or choose depending on the invoice.

How do I get there?

To manage your bank account details, click Settings from the top menu then click Saved Bank Accounts.

What do I do?

Add a Bank Account

Refer to How to Configure my Wise-Pay Account for more information on how to add a Bank Account or Add a New Zealand Bank Account for adding a New Zealand Bank Account.

Edit a Bank Account 
  1. Log into Wise-Pay
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Saved Bank Accounts
  4. Update the details
  5. Click 'I accept the terms for saving my bank details for later use'
  6. Click 'I agree' to the Terms
  7. Click Save
Remove a Bank Account
  1. Log into Wise-Pay
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Saved Bank Accounts
  4. Click on the Red Cross
  5. Click OK at 'You are about to remove this bank account.  Are you sure?

Note:

If you save your Bank Account Details, then the Merchant account will also be able to process payments against this Bank Account.
