We experienced an unexpected partial outage in our production environment (https://secure2.wise-sync.com) this morning on and off between 7am and 10am AEST.
Users were unable to access the web facing Wise-Sync and Wise-Pay applications during this time.
What have we done about it?
It was identified that the outage was caused by a breaking change introduced with Wise-Sync v4.6.6/Wise-Pay v1.6.6 deployed this morning. Wise-Sync and Wise-Pay was rolled back to the previous version (Wise-Sync v220.127.116.11 and Wise-Pay v18.104.22.168) at 10am to restore usability. The outage did not effect the processing of automatic payments or other guest payment service flows.
We've corrected the fix and re-deployed the release at 3.30pm AEST. Check out the release notes:
