If you're using Outlook for Office 365, our responses to your support tickets maybe considered as spam.


If you experience this, you will need to whitelist our domain.


  1. Sign into your Office 365 Exchange Online Portal using an admin account. The portal can be reached at the following address: https://outlook.office.com/ecp/.
  2. Once signed in, go to Protection > Spam Filter
  3. Double click on your active spam filter rule and go to allow lists. Click the plus symbol under domain allow list.
  4. In the domain allow list please enter wise-sync.com;wise-pay.com and click OK and then click Save again.

The process has now been completed and the domains have been whitelisted.
