Disconnected Accounting System

Applies to: ConnectWise Manage,Datto Autotask PSA, Xero, QuickBooks Online


There is 1 disconnected connection to your accounting platform. This may be preventing parts of the system from functioning.

How can this happen?

This error occurs when your Wise-Pay account gets disconnected from your Accounting Package.


        1. Click the "View Connections" icon from the warning
        2. Select Connect to Xero/QBO
        3. Log in to your Xero/QBO account
        4. Click Connect or Allow Access
