Here's how to do it:
- Remove the Payment from the Invoice
- Process a Refund through Payrix
- Void Any Surcharge Invoice
To process a refund, e-mail Payrix admin@payrix.com.au with the following details:
- Transaction Number
- Amount to be Refunded
- Date
