We experienced an unexpected partial outage in our production environment (https://secure2.wise-sync.com) this afternoon from 2.05pm - 2.13pm AEST.
Intermittently, users may not have been able to access Wise-Sync and Wise-Pay applications during this time. Customers already logged in and syncing at this time may need to start the sync again.
What have we done about it?
15th May 2019
We released a hotfix (Wise-Sync - Version Release Notes v4.6.4) that corrected some resource greedy functionality that contributed to the outage.
7th May 2019
We've found that there were performance issues which resulted in the primary web server being uncontactable. The applications are back online and usable.
We've investigated and believe to have found the underlying cause of the performance issue. We'll provide more updates as they arise.
